Principles

The Makoto Method is the natural extension of Kaizen, not a replacement for it.

We do not replace Kaizen. We complete the aim it always implied: a practice of becoming, not only of reducing. Same respect for the floor, the standard, and the next small step. A wider question: what should this place be able to do next?

Six principles. Each has its own page.

Yes, an A3 Plan holds a problem, a cause, and a next step on one page. And the same discipline can hold a capability: what should exist, who owns it, how we will know it is real. The form is Kaizen’s. The question is wider.
